Our food has a story and it starts with Canadian farms. This full-colour magazine introduces students to some of the Canadian farm families living that story. The Real Dirt on Farming covers topics such as: the difference between growing crops conventionally and organically pesticide use animal housing and animal welfare environmental sustainability and climate change technology used in farming and more. The goal of this magazine is to help your students make informed decisions about the food they're eating.
