What came first, the chicken or the egg? Well, we can't answer that question, but we can tell you about the chicken's journey from egg to barn to nugget! Chicken is one of the most popular sources of protein all across the globe! The meat and eggs can be used in a variety of nutritious dishes for breakfast, dinner, and even dessert! Here in Canada, all chicken raised for meat and eggs is free-run, and never fed any added hormones or steroids.
